Richard, a Public Health Specialist, leads the Department of Health Promotion, Education, and Health Communication at Uganda's Ministry of Health. He is responsible for driving the country's Health Promotion and Disease Prevention agenda, focusing on improving public health outcomes.

He specializes in risk communication, health promotion, and disease prevention, supporting public health emergency preparedness and response efforts.
Venansio Ahabwe is the Technical Advisor for National Coordination at USAID's SBCA, led by Johns Hopkins CCP. He has held roles with Save the Children, FHI360, HealthPartners, and ANPPCAN, authored books, and began as an English teacher.
Dr. Judith Nalukwago, a behavioral scientist with a PhD, specializes in public health, health promotion, and risk communication. She serves as Senior Advisor for Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning at Johns Hopkins University, focusing on USAID's Social and Behavior Change Activity in Uganda.

With 20 years of experience in social and behavior change (SBC) programming, serves as Deputy Chief of Party for USAID SBC Activity in Uganda. He is a key leader in global and African SBC initiatives, organizing the 2024 virtual Africa SBC summit.
